🌿 Honouring National Indigenous Peoples Day This Saturday, June 21, we pause to recognize the history, resilience, and beauty of the Indigenous peoples of Canada. On Agents of Hope, we are deeply honoured to share the story of Marie-Émilie Lacroix—also known by her Innu name, Missinak Kameltoutasset. A midwife, teacher, social worker, and leader in First Nations ministry, she has spent nearly five decades walking alongside her community in healing and hope. Born Innu and adopted as an infant, M
