Alexandria, LA Current Weather - The Weather Network

These storms are putting down some wind. The official reporting station at the airport in Alexandria recorded two gusts at 44 mph, and I've heard a report from southwest Rapides Parish that the wind is knocking limbs off trees down that way. These should stay below severe limits, but a brief pulse to severe levels isn't out of the question.
