The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to hear a Christian-based pregnancy center's request, challenging New Jersey over its claim the pro-life group misled women about offering abortion services.

The Supreme Court said Monday it will hear from a faith-based pregnancy center in New Jersey challenging a state investigation into whether it misled people into thinking its services included referrals for abortion.

The Supreme Court is taking a New Jersey anti-abortion crisis pregnancy center's case surrounding a First Amendment infringement claim and the case's jurisdiction. CBS News legal contributor Jessica Levinson has more.
