LSU football suffered its third loss on the season and the CFP is now almost an afterthought. Here's what bowl projection says for the Tigers now.

LSU suffered the worst defeat of the Brian Kelly era Saturday with a 42-13 loss to Alabama, squashing its hopes of playing in the College Football Playoff unless more chaos unfolds in the SEC. Everything went wrong for the Tigers. They could not stop quarterback runs, run the ball themselves and committed multiple turnovers.

The LSU Tigers have the nation’s No. 35 scoring offense at an average 32.8 points per game, and also sit No. 5 in the SEC in total yards per game at 448. LSU also ranks No. 2 in the SEC with an average of 332.8 passing yards per game, while the Tigers however rank at the very bottom of the conference in rushing, averaging only 115.3 yards per game.
