Combs' lawyer says Courtney Burgess, who said he has videos showing Combs sexually assaulting minors and celebrities, is spreading "outrageous lies."

Sean 'Diddy' Combs filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against Courtney Burgess, a man who alleged there are tapes of Combs involved in the sexual assault of minors, as well as Burgess' attorney, Ariel Mitchell.

Ashley Parham, an accuser who filed suit against Combs in a California federal court in October, spoke to Ashleigh Banfield of NewsNation Tuesday night and detailed an evening in 2018 in which she says Combs and two other men "took turns" raping her while recording the assault before she was able to threaten him with a knife and ultimately run away from his house after a neighbor created a distraction.

"I was going to plunge the knife into him, because it was a kill or be killed situation," Ashley Parham alleged in an explosive new interview.

Sean "Diddy" Combs team insists his "freak off" videos prove his innocence as there's no "violence, coercion, threats or manipulation." These videos were described in his lengthy indictment, but in a new motion his lawyers claim they prove his innocence.
