Spotify announced this week that it will increase prices for its Premium Individual plan in several regions. Pricing will go up from €10.99 to €11.99 per month in regions like Europe, Latin America, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific regions. The company will begin sending out emails to inform users ahead of its planned September changes.
Spotify set to raise its premium prices
The subscription price will rise to 11.99 euros (USD13.86) per month from 10.99 euros in markets including South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region. Spotify said subscribers will receive an email explaining the price rise over the next month.
