Channels owned by The Walt Disney Co., including ABC, ESPN, Disney Channel, Freeform and others will be pulled from the Google-owned pay-TV service at midnight ET after the two sides failed to come to terms on a new carriage agreement ahead of a midnight deadline.
YouTube TV and The Walt Disney Company have failed to reach an agreement on a streaming contract. As of Friday, ABC and ESPN, along with more than 20 channels, will be removed from Google’s YouTube TV. Other channels include Disney Channel, FX, National Geographic and Freeform.
