The developer for a proposed one million-square-foot warehouse is requesting a special exception to relocate to a tributary to the Bushkill Creek.

TWO YEARS LATER, in March 2017, the County Planning Commission approved the Rezoning & Special Exception Application.

The proposed development would feature townhomes, single-family houses, apartments, restaurants, stores, a hotel, a health club and more.
