Amid a massively disappointing 2024-25 season, the Philadelphia 76ers reportedly may soon shut down star forward Paul George. According to ESPN's Tim Bontemps, George "could be following close behind" superstar center Joel Embiid,

"Paul George's podcast isn't the reason that (the 76ers) are where they are!" FOX Sports NBA analyst Ric Bucher said Thursday on FS1's "Speak." "It's got nothing to do with what's going on the court," Paul Pierce added.

The 2024-25 version of the Philadelphia 76ers was supposed to be a championship contender. They were supposed to get past Round 2 of the playoffs for the first time since the Allen Iverson days of 2001.
