Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived for emergency talks with European Union leaders on Thursday in Brussels.

The EU's chief diplomat has warned President Trump that Russian President Putin "doesn't really want peace" as Trump heads into a deal with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy.
