An estimated 2-3 inches of snow accumulated in most of Middle Georgia around Macon, Warner Robins and Milledgeville Tuesday, a NWS interactive snowfall map shows. Cordele saw some of the most in the state with around 3-4 inches of snow.

Meteorologists had the highest confidence of snowfall in middle and west Georgia compared to other areas in the state Tuesday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service, which means Macon was set to see snow Tuesday into Tuesday night.
