More than 50 officers assigned to DEI posts at CIA and the Office of National Intelligence have been fired, cannot challenge the firings and cannot take another intelligence post.
The Central Intelligence Agency fired a slew of recent hires this week, three people familiar with the matter said, cuts that current and former US intelligence officers warned would risk damaging US national security.
The intelligence workers argued the CIA and Director of National Intelligence fired them for 'assumed' support of DEI rather than misconduct.
