Windows 11 could get another pop-up nagging you to use Edge - and make you wonder exactly what Microsoft is snooping on in the OS.

If implemented, the new setting will simultaneously set Chrome as the default browser and pin it to the Windows taskbar.

Microsoft wants to drag as many Windows users as it can over to Edge, and it's apparently willing to monitor your Chrome usage to help its cause.
