The Tesla Model X has the falcon wing doors providing access to the middle and rear seating rows, and more traditional "self-presenting" doors in front.
The same can be said of the Model X, which was launched in 2015, three years after the Model S. The iconic falcon doors have caused Elon Musk and Tesla engineers many sleepless nights.
Another reason is that the Model X is not very practical, despite the cool factor earned thanks to its falcon doors.
