Sir Andy Murray has hit out at Wimbledon after the the All England Club closed the roof on Centre Court early during Jannik Sinner ’s match against Grigor Dimitrov. Men’s No1 seed Sinner found himself two sets down in his last-16 match against Dimitrov on Monday when, at around 8.30pm, the decision was made to close the roof.

Grigor Dimitrov was cruising against Jannik Sinner in their Wimbledon clash this week but had to retire due to injury - shortly after chiefs made the controversial decision to close the roof

The Centre Court roof was closed on Monday night and Andy Murray was not impressed with the decision while the late match between Jannik Sinner and Grigor Dimitrov had to be abandoned
