The victims killed in a medical jet crash in Northeast Philadelphia​ were identified by Jet Rescue Air Ambulance, the Mexico-based company​ operating the small plane.

Efforts to determine what went wrong Friday night in a tragic plane crash in a Philadelphia neighborhood are only just beginning as officials start to examine plane parts and footage of the accident.

The plane had been on a medical transportation mission to Mexico, carrying a child patient, her mother and four crew members.
