There are growing indications of weakness in the job market, Atlanta Fed President Raphael Bostic said Thursday. “I view the employment outlook as stable, but signs of slowing are accumulating,” Bostic said, in an essay published on his regional Fed bank’s website.

U.S. producer prices increased solidly in January, offering more evidence inflation was picking up again and strengthening financial market views that the Federal Reserve would not be cutting interest rates before the second half of the year.
