Live With Kelly and Mark is without one of its titular personalities this week, but fret not, there was good reason. Kelly Ripa is seemingly simply enjoying her annual summer break from the longtime ABC talk show leading to her recent absence.

Kelly Ripa has been noticeably missing from her morning talk show Live With Kelly and Mark. Her husband and co-host, Mark Consuelos, has been holding down the fort with guest hosts Jackie Tohn, Jenna Dewan, and Rita Ora. Ripa's absence comes one week after Consuelos took a week-long hiatus, as he was filming a show in L.A.

Kelly Ripa was suddenly missing from LIVE With Kelly and Mark on Monday, Aug. 4, and her absence continued on Aug. 5 and 6. But why was she MIA, leaving her husband, Mark Consuelos, with various guest co-hosts?
