The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to hear a Christian-based pregnancy center's request, challenging New Jersey over its claim the pro-life group misled women about offering abortion services.

The Supreme Court is taking a New Jersey anti-abortion crisis pregnancy center's case surrounding a First Amendment infringement claim and the case's jurisdiction. CBS News legal contributor Jessica Levinson has more.

The Supreme Court agreed to hear the case nearly three years after overturning abortion as a nationwide right. Since then, most Republican-controlled states have started enforcing new bans or restrictions, and most Democrat-dominated ones have sought to protect abortion access.
