The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch for parts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia through 12 a.m. Saturday, May 31, with storms expected to begin after 8 p.m.

Northern VA and the greater D.C. region are under a flood watch Friday, as heavy rains, thunderstorms and a possible tornado are forecast.
