Houston Texans, Jacksonville Jaguars

The Houston Texans astonishingly overcame the absence of quarterback C.J. Stroud and several other key starters to beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 36-29 on Sunday afternoon. The winning effort brings Houston to 4-5 on the year and their slim hopes to make the postseason alive.
The Jaguars were in command from the outset, intercepting Texans quarterback Davis Mills on the third play of the game. Mills was starting in place of C.J. Stroud, who suffered a concussion in Houston’s Week 9 loss to the Denver Broncos.
The Jacksonville Jaguars will have plenty to clean up after a 36-29 heart-breaking loss to the Texans. They may want to start with the pass rush.
