YouTube TV will drop ESPN, ABC and other Disney networks at midnight ET Thursday. Google and Disney remain far apart on a deal in a dispute over pricing.

Due to another round of ongoing negotiations, YouTube TV just lost access to all Disney-owned content, including channels like ESPN and ABC, among others. If you fire up the TV and realize YouTube TV is missing 20 stations, just know that they'll likely be back soon, and this won't be the last time it happens.

Channels owned by The Walt Disney Co., including ABC, ESPN, Disney Channel, Freeform and others will be pulled from the Google-owned pay-TV service at midnight ET after the two sides failed to come to terms on a new carriage agreement ahead of a midnight deadline.
