Lawyers for Sean “Diddy” Combs filed a defamation lawsuit Wednesday against a man they said had falsely claimed to possess videos implicating the music mogul in sexual assaults on eight celebrities. The lawsuit,

Ashley Parham, an accuser who filed suit against Combs in a California federal court in October, spoke to Ashleigh Banfield of NewsNation Tuesday night and detailed an evening in 2018 in which she says Combs and two other men "took turns" raping her while recording the assault before she was able to threaten him with a knife and ultimately run away from his house after a neighbor created a distraction.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against a man who publicly claimed to have videos depicting the mogul sexually assaulting inebriated celebrities and minors, which his lawyers say could negatively influence his upcoming trial.

The lawsuit, which also names Nexstar, targets assertions from Courtney Burgess' lawyer, who said in interviews that her client possessed videos depicting sexual encounters involving Combs and other celebrities.
