Microsoft has restored services to Russia-backed Indian refiner Nayara Energy, Nayara's lawyer told a New Delhi court, days after the U.S. tech giant terminated its services due to European Union sanctions.

European Union has imposed new saction on Russia due to on-going war with Ukarine. Russia's Rosneft hold around 49 per cent stake in Nayara Energy.

Nayara Energy Limited has withdrawn its petition before the Delhi High Court against Microsoft Corporation (India) Pvt Ltd after the tech major restored service
