Spain's antitrust probe into the App Store is expanding in scope to consider if Apple restricts competition between developers using a pricing schedule.

Spain's competition watchdog said Tuesday that it had broadened a probe opened last year into the conditions Apple imposes on developers of mobile applications sold on its App Store.

Spain's antitrust regulator said on Tuesday it was expanding its investigation into possible anti-competitive behaviour by Apple for allegedly imposing unequal commercial conditions on developers of mobile applications sold at its app marketplace.
